lol that may be, but they posted nothing other than "great service" when the person before disliked the service. Circumstantially, this person appears to be trolling, but we will never know....

Considering the date difference between the two chances are one person may have had a real bad time. Possibly a troll, but no real evidence to prove otherwise. We've all had bad service with some company atleast once that was supposed to be good.
